At Timberscapes, we take pride in crafting personalized, made-to-order products tailored specifically to your preferences. Due to the custom nature of our items, all sales are final.
No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, process refunds, or exchanges on any customized or personalized products unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact.timberscapes@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Purchase order or invoice number
Description of the damage
Quantity of damaged items
What to Record:
Photos: Take clear pictures of:
Damaged packaging
Damaged goods (from multiple angles)
Shipping label
Pallet (if applicable)
Videos (optional): Short clips showing the extent of damage.
2. Order Accuracy
Please ensure that all custom details are correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
