Our Pavilion Designs
-
Burbank
The Burbank is our take on the classic pavilion design. It features oversized timbers with an open truss design, exposed rough sawn rafters, and tongue and groove. We’ve tweaked the design to make it more weather resistant, giving you a stunning result that will stand the test of time. Perfect for enhancing backyards, patios, or a personalized cozy nook, its sleek design and timeless elegance fit any setting.
-

Sedona
The Sedona is a work of art. Crafted from our signature oversized timbers, it takes the focus and centers it on the rafters and ceiling. Since it doesn’t have an open truss design, it’s a great option for pool houses and closed off areas.
-
Cleveland
The Cleveland is a new and unique design. It features a high, open front, with large braces in the front supporting a secondary roof. Walls and windows are optional. Great for everyday backyard use, and ideal for commercial applications, like a stage for live performances, for weddings, and other ceremonies.

The Timberscapes Difference
We’ve thoughtfully streamlined the design process to ensure a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. With all customization options easily accessible at your fingertips, you have complete control to tailor every detail to suit your style and needs—making the journey from concept to completion as seamless as possible.
We’re not a one size fits all kit company. We custom cut each piece of your structure in order to give to you ultimate control of your project.
All of our structures are expertly designed and pre-manufactured for seamless assembly. While we generally recommend working with a contractor, our kits can be tackled by the handy homeowner.

FAQs
Do I need to get a permit?
Local building codes vary, so make sure you check the requirements for your area. Whether you’re working with the building department or you have a HOA, it’s always best to contact and get approval before you start building.
Will I need to rent any heavy equipment?
No, generally you won’t need to spend extra money renting heavy equipment for our pavilion kits. While weight does vary, all of our timbers can be handled by 2-4 people. We provide guidance on what’s required and how to plan for it, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
How long does it take to complete a pavilion project?
From design to completion, the timeline typically ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project, permitting, inspection (if required), and lead time. We design with the end user in mind—so time is spent building, not figuring things out.
Can you add electrical/lighting?
Yes, get creative! We can design your pavilion to accommodate electrical and lighting. We recommend making this a part of the design process, so that our team can integrate your structure with channels to hide wiring, eliminating the need for exposed conduit.
What areas do you serve?
We will ship pavilion kits to most US states. Please reach out to confirm if we can ship to your area!
Do you provide installation?
Timberscapes does not offer installation. We can provide kits with instructions if you prefer to handle the build yourself or if you chooses to hire a local contractor, we can work with them to coordinate your project!
Do your pavilions come with a warranty?
Yes! Our structures come with a 3 year warranty that covers our workmanship and materials. Our metal and shingles both have a 30 years limited warranty, not warranted by Timberscapes, and subject to the applicable company’s guidelines.
